Gray Fox Consulting Group provides professional consulting, advisory, and specialized support services. Due to the nature of our work, significant time, expertise, planning, and resources are committed once services are engaged. For that reason:

All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

This includes:

• Consulting retainers

• Professional service fees

• Advisory fees

• Project payments

• Deposits

Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued, except where required by law or where a separate written contract explicitly provides otherwise.

Service Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a scheduled service or consultation needs to be rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when possible. However, cancellation of services after payment does not result in a refund.
